What I did
During my internship at Garyman Indonesia, I had the opportunity to develop my product design skills, including extensive 3D work and rendering. I collaborated with a variety of brands, brainstorming and pitching ideas for point-of-sale materials (POSMs), merchandise, and PR packages. Through these experiences, I gained valuable insights into the product design process and refined my ability to communicate my ideas effectively. Take a moment and check out the various projects I worked on during my time there!
Project 1: Seagrams Vodka

-
Ideation sketches showcasing various tray designs
-
3D models of final designs with accurate measurements and realistic materials
-
High-quality renderings of the 3D models in a realistic environment
-
Presentation materials such as diagrams or infographics to communicate the design features and benefits to stakeholders or clients
Takeaways
-
The importance of careful planning and ideation in the product design process, and how this can help to ensure that final designs meet key functional and aesthetic requirements.
-
How to create detailed 3D models that accurately capture design features and measurements, and how to use industry-standard software to render these models in high-quality and realistic environments.
-
The importance of effective communication in product design, and how to use visual presentation materials to communicate design features and benefits to clients or other stakeholders.
DIFFERENT ITERATIONS

During the Seagrams Karaoke Tray project, I learned the importance of effective communication and presentation in product design. By creating a compelling narrative through my presentation slides and showcasing my designs in a realistic environment, I was able to convey the tray's value and potential uses to the client and other stakeholders. This experience taught me how to make my designs more relatable and appealing to clients and users.

The ability to think creatively and come up with original concepts that differentiate the brand and capture consumers' attention.
-
The importance of being flexible and adaptable when working with a new and evolving brand, and the value of seeking feedback and input from stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts.
DIFFERENT ITERATIONS

Meet Beaches Brewing Co an upcoming company in the alcoholic beverages industry, specifically Craft Beer which is the category of beer that is produced in smaller quantities than commercial beers. This smaller amount allows us to produce much better beers, richer in taste and aroma.
Explorer,
Adventurer,
loves challenges
To create the necessary brand awareness of Beaches Brewing with the introduction of the new Craft Beer, we aim to create unusual and fun types of visibilities for both HORECA and MOT through designs that advocates the brand.

FSDU and CDU Design
For the free-standing and counter display, I wanted to create something that was modular and could be re-used by the supermarket. I was inspired by the waves of bali to create the movement in the display design.

The CDU display is detachable from the FSDU and can be used simultaneously. The display will be made from colored acrylic, Re-board, and Precious Plastic for the logo.
SIZE: 150 H x 60 W (cm)

Glorifiers
I wanted to create a glorifier that was unique and eye-catching. So I knew I wanted to incorporate something with LED lights and color.

Since the brand has not yet solidified its can and brand design I wanted their branding of the logo to be a highlighted and reoccurring feature within their marketing. Which is why I thought using the silhouette of the B would enhance brand recognition.

This glorifier display was inspired by the FSDU and uses similar wave imagery that resonates with waves.
Size: 20 H x 21 L X 10 W (cm)
Material: Acrylic and LED

Size: 23.5 H x 8.75 W (cm)

Gift Sets and PR Packages
I wanted to make the PR package similar to the Logo inspired Glorifier. However, creating a box into a B shape is tough and expensive so I went through a few different iterations.
